I see that you refer to some of the questions as “pre-filled”. What do you mean, and how will this process work?
Questions that have
relatively static content, i.e. the information of which changes infrequently,
and which typically only require a “yes” or a “no” answer are mostly
categorized as pre-filled questions. Once these questions have been completed
for the first time the answers will automatically be used to pre-populate later
years, meaning that administrations need only confirm that the answer has not
changed. For the 2016 survey release, we are exploring giving countries the
option of completing answers to questions that have been identified as suitable
pre-filled type questions in advance of the release of the survey in May 2016.
